    Free2Convey does not require sales support or paperwork – simply log on and use the system.

    Integration Options

    In developing Free2Convey we realised that firms wouldn’t want to rekey data – something that would take up unnecessary time – and you simply ‘drag and drop’ your data with no rekeying required.
    We’ve developed Free2Convey so that it’s accessible to all law firms regardless of whether or not they have a case management system (CMS).

    If you have a CMS in place then you can:

    • Upload data from your current CMS to create conveyancing chains in Free2Convey – view our easy step-by-step guide by clicking here.
    • Implement our Osprey.TM CMS in your firm to benefit from seamless integration – visit www.ospreylegalcloud.co.uk to find out how.
    • Contact your current CMS supplier about integrating the system with Free2Convey via the integration link (API) available to all suppliers.

    If your firm doesn’t have a CMS in place you can simply use Free2Convey as a standalone application (please click here to register).

    Real Time View

    Available to all parties, Free2Convey’s Conveyancing Chain View provides a real time overview of a house sale or purchase, and enables you to easily update the stage the conveyance has reached. Free2Convey uses a simple traffic light system to represent the key stages of a conveyancing transaction, including exchange of contracts and completion, with the addition of a notes field to allow for infinite “sub stages” and comprehensive notes explaining the position within that stage.

    Collaborate

    Once you’ve registered with Free2Convey and have created chain information, you invite other legal professionals involved in those conveyancing chains to join Free2Convey, if they’re not already using it. Other parties involved in the conveyancing chain can also be invited to view the status of their transaction(s).

    Lawyer Checker

    For security and peace of mind we’ve added Lawyer Checker’s Account & Entity Screen search to Free2Convey, enabling you to verify quickly all details for each party in the chain.

    Land Registry

    To make life even easier, we’ve added Land Registry’s title number search facility, giving you address validation in just a few clicks.

The only truly collaborative tool of its kind, Docs4Home saves countless hours spent emailing documents back and forth between others in the chain, while enhancing your security and control over who has access – and at what level – to your documents.

    Using Estate Agent Chain Creator you can create chains in Free2Convey and invite conveyancers to join and update the chain too, so that everyone involved has real time access to chain status updates.

    You can see where any hold ups are and where each party is ready to proceed, saving time and effort calling around for the information that is readily available in Free2Convey.
